The service offered is unique. in that when you come for a face to face massage appointment, you will be given a full medical consultation, and this will determine the therapies that you will receive during that session. Sandra also offers massage training in Swedish, Sports, Indian Head, Thai Hand & Foot Massage. These courses are 1 or 2 days in duration and are taught on behalf of the Therapy Training School. Sandra also teaches the Clinical Aromatherapy Diploma course on behalf of Penny Price Aromatherapy Academy; this course has 20 contact days spread over 4 modules during the year. All courses taught by Essential Thyme are fully accredited and insurable. Sandra developed a range of handmade products using essential oils, during the Covid19 lockdown when she was unable to practice her therapies or teach. If you are looking for more than just a massage, Sandra’s knowledge of health and wellness is amazing and she will happily advise on how you can help yourself between massage sessions, with stretching exercises, using a tennis ball. Sandra has worked onsite within offices offering the staff mini neck and shoulder massages, either as a staff incentive/thank you or on the company’s wellness days. Clients have come to see Sandra due to back pain from badly positioned desks or driving as part of their jobs, which in the past has resulted in the client taking time off work sick due to the pain.
