eLearning instructional designer/developer, curriculum writer and classroom instructor dedicated to making information, technology and gadgets less intimidating through education, user-friendly documentation and supportive hand-holding, all delivered with empathy and wit. My technical savvy and instructional experience let me master new technologies quickly to provide adult learners with just-in-time instruction to help them in their professional and/or personal lives. I'm experienced in managing classrooms and administering learning management systems. As an eLearning instructional designer, I create engaging content, including interactive and 508-compliant online courses, from needs assessment and storyboarding through final publication and evaluation. I'll gladly fill any role required in the development process, from behind the scenes (e.g., advising as subject matter expert, writing scripts, designing visual elements, directing and editing audio and video, programming onscreen content) to “onstage” (e.g., appearing onscreen, providing voiceover narration).
