Over the last two years I was team leader first for the service desk for the small internet business market and then the service desk for the large internet business market.I became a freelancer in July 2010, offering secretarial and administrative services to sole traders, freelancers and small and medium sized enterprises under the name SJ Office Support. My services take the administrative worries away from entrepreneurs, enabling them to concentrate on their core business.
