Responsible for: project managing Investors in People, Employee Engagement Survey and Strategy, Supports Staff Forums, Supports Performance Management & behavourial competency framework, Develops and facilitates Insights Discovery Programme, provides coaching on 121 and bespoke team sessions, provides change management sessions.

Responsible for all aspects of training & development in the Revenues & Benefits Dept. Also supported Council wide programmes such as: EDMS project, Plain English, Investors in People and Equality Standard. Introduced a wellbeing programme as a pilot which has since been adopted council wide.
