This year I am 45 years young! Young enough to keep up with trends and drive my passion for learning, supporting and developing others. Old enough to not worry I've just told you my age, and to have experienced life enough, to know that I am happy to talk from the heart.Neither are the 'norm' in the business world - age and feelings are a vulnerable combo.
