• Lead the ER Managers team to efficiently and effectively service the assigned business lines HR Business Partners or HR Head in dealing with contentious employee and/or labor relations issues. • Assist in cases where appropriate, providing guidance, direction, discussing alternatives/options, legal risks and outcomes and recommendations, overseeing the Management of HR Reviews, Harassment, Human Rights or Irregular Practice Investigation with the approval of Senior Manager.• Develop the team’s ability to probe, persuade, interview and investigate thoroughly; then communicate findings in a manner that supports a solid and well thought out recommendation.• Identify legal and labor risks associated with ER issues and initiate discussion of pertinent facts and issues with internal/external legal/labor counsel, as appropriate.• Create and develop balanced solutions to contentious ER concerns where there is no established Bank policy, procedures or protocol and present solutions articulately and persuasively to the business line (written and verbal).• Mediate workplace conflicts through dispute resolution skills, practices and negotiate resolutions when necessary.

• Management of Disciplinary Procedures (written warnings, suspension without pay, contract terminations) of more than ten thousand employees of the companies that make up the commercial group of Prosegur in Colombia.• Processing and response of petitions and requirements from the Labor Ministry.• Monitoring and review of the lawsuits and other requirements against the company.• Advice on the working labor matters to all the branches of the Companies in the country.• Participation in different collective bargaining with trade union organizations.• Elaboration of legal documents for the group companies, such as: labor contracts, Internal Regulation, contract amendments, coexistence committee, requirements made by the Government entities and the Ministry of Labor.

• Leader of the priority attention office - Advice and litigation in labor, civil and family to the Company customers. • Elaboration of lawsuits and proceedings before the Superintendence of Industry and Commerce, Ordinary Jurisdiction, Police Inspection Centre and Superintendence of Finance entities. • Review and elaboration of legal documents for customers: contracts, petitions, tutelage, etc. • Training of customers and employees of the company on consumer protection and workplace harassment.• Elaboration of civil, labor and commercial contracts.
