Oversee performance management and career development planning including succession planning for key leadership positions. Provides leadership to branch HR representatives and guides/supports human resources practices. Manages staff transitions and change management.

In this role, Sandra oversees Talent Management, the Volunteer Center, and organization-wide engagement and inclusion with the goal of creating a diverse environment that fosters meaningful communication, commitment to our values, and recognition. Sandra will also develop systems and strategy that drive accountability and strengthen collaboration focusing on mission delivery.
