Director, Retail Visual Merchandising
Responsible for a great team of four talented, focused and retail driven visual merchandisers who work passionately to bring the client journey to life within the branches from the exterior right to when clients engage in conversation with staff at the teller zone. This team is responsible for both digital content within the interior screens coupled with national exterior trim outs that change every 2 months, specific regional large scale exterior request (Pride and Indigenous Month as examples), exterior construction hoarding creative, WPP Showcase window, display cases/ standees ( over 700+ in field)........anything that the client touches and sees when in the branch environment. This team is responsible for the Plan-o -Gram that is accessible to all branches regardless of design to assist them in understanding how their branches are to be to standard in both legal and compliant requirements and also all other Marketing communications. Involved as Worksteam lead for Visual Merchandising for Toronto Plaza renovation and associated budget. Responsible for approval on KMP, interior/ exterior hoarding creative and positioning and all internal graphics from privacy film on CMR's to lifestyle graphics, regional prints, pin lettering and BAU door signage program.Visual lead on recent Westmount and PVM branches renovation in Montreal,Visual lead on communication strategy & creative, along with other team members, on the all Covid messaging presented in branches since early 2020 - poster and digital This was a constantly moving project based on different regions requirements and regulations. Worked in strong collaboration with many other areas to ensure we were legally compliant while creating strong visual graphics for clients and staff to follow.Heavily involved in strategy of any new upcoming branch programs that expand our current approach creating the right experience for the client. Partner with many on new Brand exterior expression.
