Drive and excute Sales and Marketing & Merchandising plans for select categories. Specific responsibilites include Flyer planning & execution, Ecommerce & online initiatives, and seasonal planning. P&L and Inventory management. Regular and promotional analysis to develop strategies to exceed sales, margin, and inventory targets. Leverage existing insights, as well as proactively determine new insights for product & promotional pricing competitiveness. Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced dynamic environment while effectively leading, coaching, and developing category analysts.

Overall: Accountable for achieving brand objectives for +$100M McCormick portfolio including McCormick Spices and Recipe Mixes, Club House Spices, Recipe Mixes and Flour, Cake Make Baking, Kitchen Basics, Simply Asia, and Billy Bee Honey.Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel both at the customer's head office, industry and across the Regions. Specifically, play a leadership role in executing Vendor Advisor customer metrics. Translate from multiple sources - Marketing and Consumer research, food, health and wellness trends into actionable and strategic based customer specific communication, category and marketing plans for increased growth and consumer loyalty. Support Customer and Account teams in identifying customer growth opportunities as well as identifying and mitigating business risks. Provide analytics for forward looking category metrics and insights. Taking the lead as required to provide expertise and support.Responsible for the achievement of budget goals by customer account and total business. Work closely with Marketing to advise of consumer trends for new product opportunities, competition, potential business risks, and aid in implementing new product launches to the sales teams.Planogram Development - create and maintain space management models based on facts from multiple sources of information (Nielsen, customer data, industry trends, etc.) for all core categories as it relates to the customer. Maintain file databases for quick access and reference.Participate in Customer and Sales account planning process providing category analysis, support and recommendations.

Provide top line sales/category expertise for the Farm and Automotive categories - providing insights into evaluating/executing flyer planning, merchandising programs, new products, pre/post analysis, pricing strategies, competitive activities, in-stock analysis and category recommendations.
