However, before the consolidation was able to occur the owners filed Chapter 11 bankruptcy. I have been retained in this position to assist in the bankruptcy and liquidation process. I am in charge of cash management, collection of invoices, payment of bills, financial statements, and financial reporting to the bank and US Trustee while working closely with the company President, attorney and financial advisors.
