Real Estate has always been a part of Sandra Kozimor’s life. Her mother was an agent and taught her from a young age the benefit of owning real estate, first for yourself and then as an investor. Sandra was a TV news reporter for 15 years, then after having children she wanted a career that would combine her love of home ownership with the desire to help "tell someone’s story!"Sandra bought her first home when she was only 26 and since then has acquired several more investment properties that she actively manages. Her thorough understanding of the home buying process ensures her clients are educated and protected every step of the way. In fact, many of Sandra’s clients started off as friends - through school, church and community - and the ones who were her clients first, have grown into friends through her ability to build strong relationships.Sandra loved being a TV reporter because it was about “telling someone’s story.” She translated this skill into Real Estate by getting to know her clients, listening to their needs and wants, and then guiding them into their dream home! After all, home is where everyone lives out their story!Sandra’s husband and three teenage daughters are a very active family. Often you will catch them hiking the beautiful mountain ranges surrounding the San Francisco East Bay, running on the Iron Horse Trail or skiing up in Tahoe. Sandra and her daughters are very active members of National Charity League - a mother/daughter philanthropy organization.
