• Provided leadership and oversight to satellite Experiential Learning office located within the College of Business, serving the college’s 8000+ undergraduate and graduate students with professional development and application-based learning through co-op and internship experience• Plan and execute biannual Internship/Co-op Fair for 50+ employers seeking intern and co-op students, with typical attendance of 1400 students. This event generates approximately $24, 000 in operational budget for our office• Instruct internship/co-op course for cohort of approximately 230 students each semester, reviewing and assisting with setting Learning Objectives, and issuing grades for student evaluations, employer evaluations and semester reports• Organize and promote information sessions and on-campus interviews for employers offering co-op/internship opportunities. Established partnership between Citi and UCF and managed grant of $230,500. Since July 2012, oversaw 35 UCF student interns in remote internship locations such as Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Tampa and NYC. Students receive a competitive wage prorated to 6 months. They gain experience in areas such as Risk Management, Credit & Portfolio Analysis, Human Resources and Marketing• Helped manage co-op program with Aon Hewitt and UCF, which grew to include over 50 UCF student participants Students in majors such as Finance, Business, Management and Economics are gaining experience as Benefits Operations Administrators• Build and maintain partnerships with employers, faculty and student organizations to establish and market Experiential Learning opportunities to students• Provide onsite access to business majors ,informing students of program details, providing resume assistance, and conducting initial and referral interviews

• Coordinated summer-bridge program for 150 freshmen and advised them throughout their freshman year• Managed $18, 000 program budget• Developed an academic advising plan that followed the intrusive model, and continued this very hands on approach throughout the students freshman year. This plan included individual grade-goal setting, use of the GPA calculator tool to plan and predict grades, close monitoring of students grades in tests at different points in the semester and reminders of the withdrawal deadline for students facing failing grades in courses, a preventative measure against probation• Collaborated with faculty teaching Pegasus course sections to integrate intrusive advising concepts into courses. Grade lists would be provided to Pegasus advisors after each test so they could monitor student progress closely• Coordinated with faculty and hired seniors to provide Supplemental Instruction and Tutoring sessions for Pegasus students• Co-created the SARC Peer Mentor program, which has been the topic of presentations at two national and two regional professional conferences (NACADA & NASPA)• Collaborated with SSC departments to create a unified training program for all SSC Peer Mentors• Cultivated and sustained relationships with departments within the Student Success Center (SSC) and Student Development and Enrollment Services (SDES) as a whole through serving on the following committees: Majors Fair, CLAST Hold petition, Orientation Planning Team, Golden Opportunities, and the Undeclared Committee• Represented SARC on the Academic Advising Council• Developed marketing brochure for Pegasus Success Program, and assisted University Marketing with creation of ACCESS – the umbrella term for the summer bridge programs at UCF – Pegasus, SOAR and STEP• Created one of the most well attended workshop series on campus – “Pizza & a Major”, aimed at taking students through a five step process of deciding on the right major
