The Contact Centre Supervisor is responsible for the management and development of ~100 contact centre team members. Duties in this role include:• Manage the day to day running of the Centre • Handle time critical situations that arise• Manage team members by providing supervision, guidance and assistance• Conduct coaching, monitoring and mentoring• Performance manage team members and provide regular and constructive feedback• Ensure that all critical operating systems are fully functional• Recruit and train new team members, and provide ongoing training• Maintain databases and all associated contact centre administration tasks• Train, Support and Manage the SA Green ID Team & Outbound Teams• Deliver Start of Day Briefs
