My day-to-day work involves:- Manage the full recruiting life-cycle in USA and LATAM: IT & Finance profiles - Implement high-quality HR processes (including compensation, annual performance management, career development, training, etc.)- Participate in the elaboration of HR politics, procedures, standards and regulations.- Expatriates management and support immigration services- Respond to employee inquiries and providing excellent customer service and support to employees across the organization- Maintain personnel and I-9 files- Generate employee/company reports- Coordinate with the payroll process- Support the administration of benefits and compensation programs- HRIS Administrator- Employer branding (events, fairs, universities)
