My passion for technology, finance, and tech communities led me to have the opportunity to help startups, working closely with founders and investors. Raku got acquired by Diverza and I became part of the innovation & growth team, responsible of defining and development of new products. Some of my duties included:• Worked collaboratively with a cross-functional team including software engineers, QA engineers, product managers and customer service department to support and ensure quality implementation on different products• Conducted competitive landscaping, generative research, and evaluative research, as well as analysis and synthesis• Developed design concepts, created wireframes and low/high fidelity prototypes for user testing• Spearheaded adoption of new principles such as responsive design and mobile first, improving the user experience across the Diverza digital products• Assisted on hiring efforts. I collaborated on user research and UI design. I was in charge of delivering wireframes and prototypes, helping with usability testing on several iterations, and implementation.• Provided advice in best practices and guidelines about mobile interface design in one of the largest newspaper in Latin America, El País.• Designed a silent bidding auction app for Gala Endeavor, their biggest effort for fundraising.
