• Write Quality Control Documents in line with ISO 9001, GMP, and GLP standards.• Conduct Qualification (DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ), maintenance and calibration for laboratory equipment.• Write protocol, perform validation of analytical methods according to International Guidelines (USP, EP, ICH) and issue related report.• Set the specifications of materials / products.• Perform sampling of starting and packaging material, intermediate, bulk and finished pharmaceutical products according to WHO guidelines and best practices. • Perform analysis on starting and packaging material, intermediate, bulk and finished pharmaceutical products to ensure compliance with specifications.• Identify, review and investigate out of specifications, deviations and non-conformities and ensure corrective/preventive actions are in place.• Write protocol, perform stability studies on Finished Products and issue related report• Establish Cleaning Validation for all production machinery and laboratory glassware.• Purchase all chemical reagent, laboratory equipment, glassware, and other related resources.• Write HSE Procedures for the QC department.
