I defined, planned, created requirements documents (BRD), project management of projects and systems which the Microsoft LCA team needed to be created. I also managed the project status, timeline and budget including out-sourcing/vendors to ensure we were within the projections. Program Managed various aspects/ programs within and for the Microsoft Partner Network (aka: Microsoft Certified Partner, Microsoft Solution Provider Program). Microsoft Partner Program: Collaboratively worked with team members and cross-team to define the original Microsoft Solution Partner and MS Certified Solution Partner Program. This included defining the profile for partners to enroll in the program, business requirements and operations plans for first online enrollment tool, reporting systems. Managed tool enhancements for the annual renewal / enrollment for partners, including updated profiles, systematic annual fee processing. Collectively worked with Worldwide operations and subsidiaries to setup Regional Service Centers. Microsoft Software Advisor: Defined and launched a program whereby partners for small and midsize companies are able to obtain fees for working with customers on acquisition of Microsoft software/licenses. Successfully defined, developed, tested, created agreement, payment processing.WW Partner Referral system: Defined, planned, project managed the first Worldwide Partner Referral system available in 27 languages. Defined and launched the Licensing Solutions Competency which included SAM (Software Asset Management) and the Hosting Specialization for cloud-based organizations.Collaborated with operations, marketing, sales, Worldwide subsidiaries, legal, tax, finance, and IT.Managed multi-million dollar budget.Other: As Group Manager managed employees including their priorities, project issues, facilitating in their success.

My Early years at Microsoft held various roles, including Product Manager of XENIX, Product Manager for the ISV (Independent Software Vendor) Relations Program, and Product Manager for "Interface Manager" (codename "Windows) - this was all within my first year!I moved into the role which I interviewed, Program and Product Manager for the Microsoft Systems/Tools / Languages, where I managed over 24 product released.I defined, created, marketed, the initial Microsoft Certified Professional Program with the first 13 exams. This included branding and approval of using "Certified: within Microsoft where the use was substantiated / proven by individuals and then by partners. The program launched in English language countries, I then worked with the Worldwide subsidiaries to localize and launch the exams and program Worldwide. As I was successful at WorldWide Launches, I was asked to be International Marketing Manager for Microsoft Education and Certification programs. The objective was for a consistent WorldWide program, with consistent training materials, marketing, with a local flavor.Other: Managed marketing both internally and to customers. Created the first Worldwide communique, regional conference calls, and Resource Kits to facilitate with successful rollout and implementation.
