Coaching partnerships offer one-on-one and small group engagements to increase competencies and formulate action steps aligned with professional goals and institution’s mission. The process is designed to support early career educators and senior colleagues develop productive relationships and excel in their academic professions. Workshops and Retreats:High quality experiential workshops focus on improving performance, increasing social intelligence, and deepening relationships.

As a council member, I served as an advisory board consultant to the College of Social Sciences. My primary responsibility was to promote quality and integrity of the university programs through academic governance while providing regional assistance on key issues relating to curriculum, current trends, student and faculty needs, and new developments. As associate faculty, I facilitated business communication, psychology, and professional development courses for the University.

As Lead Area Chair, I presided over the psychology program in the College of Social Sciences. Leading areas of responsibilities were to ensure overall instructional and academic excellence in class instruction, facilitation of new faculty certification, faculty coaching, and mentorships to advance development and strengthen teaching competencies. .
