As Finance Manager for IPTL my responsibilities were:- Presentation of quarterly and yearly financial statements to the President, CEO and an External Shareholder.Production of a Quarterly Forecast and Annual Budget for management review, so contributing to the medium to long term business planning process.Ensuring the correct accounting for stages in projects and identifying deferred revenue.Control of cash flow on multi-currency bank accounts.Liaison with external stakeholders: Bank Manager, HMRC, External Accountants and Auditors, Suppliers, Customers, Landlord and Service Charge Agent, Insurers, Lawyers.
