Current• Employer Branding: planning, defining, and implementing a scalable employer branding strategy.• Content Creation: designing digital & print content for all communication channels (images, photos, infographics, videos, posters, banners, presentations, merchandise items, etc.)• Recruitment Marketing: creating and managing advanced visibility on social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor, Indeed Jobs)• Strategic Partnerships: managing a selective network of external recruitment agencies.• Talent Acquisition: identifying, attracting, interviewing, selecting, and hiring new talents.• Candidate Experience: facilitating a positive candidate experience during the hiring & onboarding processes.• Onboarding: designing the onboarding journey and operational process for new employees (e-learnings, first-day gift box, first-week checklist, weekly evaluations framework)
