Komet is a fast growing company within the Constellation Group. Further companies within Constellation Group are Nova Networks and Agentum. As a consultant manager I was responsible of the whole process of recruiting and hiring consultants to different positions within Komets business sector.Managed various projects in our company group;Nova Global is a start-up company that focus on attracting top talents globally where I managed research and sales support. Capricorne Villas is a private membership club dedicated to providing exquisitely appointed, private luxury villas. I was in charge of recruiting management trainees to the HQ in San Diego. Constellation Group comprises a group of companies within in recruiting and HR. I recruited interns to our group from YH-schools. UVentures Sales Academy is an open program for future leaders and entreprenuers focusing on sales education. Together with the founder I developed educational material, I was also responsible of student recruitment.
