Sandra Payne is a happy writer for kids! She's also an award-winning Writer/Director/Producer and past co-Chair of the International Academy of Web Television. Sandra has written for animated series "Princess Doremi," "GoGoBus & Team Steam," plus episodes of Disney's hit animated series, “Puppy Dog Pals.” She started her Hollywood career writing content for the PBS show, "Wishbone," and then became a staff writer for the global juggernaut, "Barney & Friends." In addition to writing for television, Sandra has published four 5-star children's books: "Three Naughty Donkeys," "Dude, Where's My Sock," and "Elmer's Elephant Birthday Party,” and “Wing.” She also wrote a dystopian YA thriller called "Holo" on Kindle Vella. For her company, SPwrite Productions, she directed and produced more than 90 episodes of various web series, including "The Web.Files," the 2012 IAWTV winner of Best Hosted (Taped) Web Series, for which she was also nominated as best director. She has made several award-winning short films, plus three award-winning trailers for the Austin Film Festival through her production company, SPwrite Productions, LLC, which specializes in digital content and local commercials. For more than five years, Sandra ran the IAWTV Writers Group in Los Angeles. She several years, she hosted the Web Series Meet Up at SXSW. She is also a member of the Emerging Media Programming Peer Group at the Television Academy.
