Monash Professional Pathways (MPP) prepares graduates for success in the workplace. Led a team to deliver the design and implementation of two new services i) a managed service to scale work integrated learning placements for Monash University and ii) an internal recruitment agency to connect employers to Monash graduates.

Victoria University (VU) is a multi-sector university with over 58,000 students, including more than 15,000 international students on and off shore and a workforce of approximately 3,500 staff. Victoria University delivers education programs at the tertiary and pre-tertiary levels across multiple specialised colleges. Led the newly created Workforce Advisory Services team in delivering HR business partnering services to the University through an intense period of change. Key achievements included the successful delivery of multiple change programs across the University and a significant business critical voluntary employee separation program.

Responsible for leading the business partnership and organisational development functions during a department reorganisation.

Led a team of change consultants in operationalising an unprecedented scale of change across the University. This major transformation program resulted in the creation of seven colleges effectively integrating the delivery of Higher and Vocational Education offerings and a shared services capability. Seconded during this period to support the interim management team of a major change initiative ‘at risk’.

Provided high level HR expertise for the project management team of a program designed to identify and streamline operational inefficiencies across the University. Supported broader program objectives by contributing to management reporting, program documentation, research and analysis, program communications, business engagement, risk management and stakeholder management.

Led a newly created team of specialist consultants in delivering HR, ER, OHS and Recruitment services to the University. Key functions of the service included consulting and coaching clients on employee lifecycle matters including workforce planning, change management, policy, legislation, industrial instruments, performance management, recruitment, position descriptions, redundancy, career progression, conflict management, issue resolution and retirement.

Bilfinger Berger Services was a specialist engineering contractor and high-end asset solution provider offering design, engineering, construction, operations and maintenance across a diverse range of industries including power, mining and minerals, chemical and process, pulp and paper, telecommunications, transport, water and wastewater, oil and gas. Between 2006 and 2009, Bilfinger Berger Services achieved an average annual revenue growth rate of more than 50% and a 25% increase in employee numbers to over 3,000 employees across Australia and New Zealand.Led two consultants, and supported HR staff based interstate and in New Zealand, in advising the business on the full range of the employee lifecycle. Key achievements included the implementation of a range of employee benefit initiatives and a succession planning and talent management process.
