At movmi, I get to build healthier communities through innovative mobility solutions, always in tandem with others and always increasing transportation options, while reducing our dependency on private car ownership. 80 projects and counting!Examples:✅: received award for Phase 1 of a multimodal ecosystem designed for TransLink, also secured 0.5 mio in federal funding for expansion.✅: developed high growth consumer strategy that turned digital parking payments company profitable and successfully acquired.✅: supported micromobility integration and ecosystem strategy for Transport for London. Also worked on best placement of e-bikes and e-bike share stations in a mixed system based on topographical features and rider behaviour. ✅: co-authored report on carshare regulatory framework for Ministry of Mobility in Luxembourg which was the foundation for new carsharing law. Also designed growth strategy for Flex (owned by National Railway) towards profitability. Part of Board of Awto growing carsharing in Latam and building the automotive mobility ecosystem. I learnt the hard way, what works and what doesn't operationally.
