Previously, as the Executive Director of Communications & PR for Accor North & Central America, I oversaw the strategic direction and execution of the communication and public relations activities for a portfolio of various iconic and diverse hospitality brands, ranging from ultra-luxury to lifestyle. With 17 years of experience in the luxury and lifestyle industries, I have a proven track record of driving brand awareness, reputation, and engagement across multiple markets and channels.In addition to my core role, I also serve as the Regional DEI Chair for RiiSE, Accor's global network and platform for diversity and inclusion, where I advocate for and promote a culture of belonging, respect, and empowerment for all employees, guests, and partners.
