Previously, as the Executive Director of Communications & PR for Accor North & Central America, I oversaw the strategic direction and execution of the communication and public relations activities for a portfolio of various iconic and diverse hospitality brands, ranging from ultra-luxury to lifestyle. With 17 years of experience in the luxury and lifestyle industries, I have a proven track record of driving brand awareness, reputation, and engagement across multiple markets and channels.In addition to my core role, I also serve as the Regional DEI Chair for RiiSE, Accor's global network and platform for diversity and inclusion, where I advocate for and promote a culture of belonging, respect, and empowerment for all employees, guests, and partners. I am passionate about creating positive social impact and fostering inclusive leadership within the organization and the industry. Some of my key achievements include organizing and hosting various DEI events and initiatives, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to support Accor's diversity and inclusion goals and vision.
