*Responsible for Timely and accurate processing of transactions ranging from $1M - $20M*Conduct quarterly training to sales markers and leaders around updates to order processing guidelines, best practices and rules of engagement*Assess, review and problem solve any operational related challenges impacting sales markers and leaders*Build weekly detailed reporting information for a $100M (annually) business

*Arrange conference calls, schedule meetings and assist general office maintenance, including phone coverage, maintaining customer order files*Plan, coordinate, set-up and facilitate all meetings and special events as required*Assist in on-boarding process of newly hired candidates*Route incoming mail and other correspondence as appropriate/shipping and receiving packages through FED-ED on-line

*Create and maintain a comfortable and safe work environment for over 100 sales and presales personnel*Handle all environmental and maintenance issues of the office*Responsible for answering all incoming calls in a professional and timely manner for Cincinnati, Louisville, Columbus, Cleveland and Indianapolis offices*Support sales management by completing proposals, letters and other correspondence requirements*Process check requests and make travel arrangements for various sales personnel*Receive and distribute mail and messages to appropriate departments and employees for over 100 employees*Coordinate and host monthly meetings and special training events*Train new employees and maintain general business equipment, e.g., fax, copier, in the performance of assigned duties*Manage New Hire Class Logistics for all new EMC technical resources in the Central Division
