Sandra built up a whole new sales support department offshore and was responsible for the implementation of the standardized proposal (support) processes across the organisation. This resulted in a significant decrease in the number of sales support FTEs in the Netherlands. Sandra brought the Wincenter to a fully accepted level, as a shared service within the organisation.
