IT Infrastructure Project Manager responsible for Infrastructure delivery and Technical Deployment workstreams on AXA Life’s £40m Protection Programme, successfully delivering them on time, scope and budget, resulting in a 20% increase in AXA Life’s profit margin• Responsible for a £500k budget• creating a comprehensive implementation schedule, defining backout procedures, creating a technical verification strategy, escalation procedures and contact plans• Co-ordinated weekend implementation activities• Outsourcing three primary systems to India including configuration of software to run on Citrix• Managing an eCommerce performance improvement project to upgrade the systems, migrating them to a new hardware and platform
