Managed staff and their programs which covered response and recovery of critical supply chains before, during and after an emergency. Team included:*Ground Support Program Manager: manages the Citywide Emergency Fueling Operations Plan, Fueling Task Force, Generator and Dewatering Plan and Protocol, Credentialing Verification and Access Control Plan and more.*Logistics Technology Program Manager: is responsible for the Citywide Asset and Logistics Management System (CALMS) suite of databases, NYCTracker GPS Equipment Tracking and Inventory Management System.*Logistics Center Program Manager: the Logistics Center (LC) is home to all resource requests from NYC agencies and operations during an emergency. When activated, it houses procurement staff, logistics staff, incident management teams from outside the city, and NYCEM task forces. This program manger is responsible for the development of the LC and all related plans including Donations Management and Mutual Aid.*Logistics Staging Areas and Operational Sites Program Manager: responsible for developing plans with public and private site owners for Logistics Staging Areas and other operational sites. Deconflicts sites between other City agencies and the private sector.Served as the agency's liaison to the NY National Guard and oversaw a National Guard Major who sat within the unit. Managed the NYCEM role in the Supply Chain Regional Resiliency Assessment Program (RRAP) currently run by the Department of Homeland Security Critical Infrastructure Division. This study will assist NYCEM and other public and private sector stakeholders within the supply chain industry have a better understanding of available critical infrastructure that can be used to assist in the movement of critical commodities during a disaster.

Responsibilities included developing the program from start to finish via procurement, contract development, pilot testing design and execution, and expansion all within a 16 month deadline.-Managed the NYCTracker Inventory Management System to improve daily operations at the OEM warehouse and develop a process to inventory supplies and equipment staged and deployed in the field during emergency response and recovery. Acted as lead agency liaison to vendor. Responsibilities included creating and executing the program through research, budgeting, RFP development and implementation of the system within a limited time frame.-Served as the agency's lead on various freight projects including the City's Supply Chain Disruption Plan to coordinate redundant freight planning for commodity distribution and the Logistics Center Emergency Truck Routing Protocol for support to private sector trucking companies transporting emergency supplies and equipment throughout the City.-Served as coordinator for the Logistics/Administration/Finance working group for the OEM Emergency Operations Center. Lead monthly meetings and develop trainings focused on improving these Emergency Support Functions.-Developed additional supplemental guides and tools for sourcing emergency resources and supporting the logistics Emergency Support Function in the City's Emergency Operations Center and Logistics Center.-Coordinated site planning for the City's debris, logistics staging area, base camp and emergency fueling operations.-Served as Logistics Section Chief during on-call emergency activations.
