Served as lead consultant for last mile delivery planning for Sidewalk Labs, an Alphabet company that brings together urbanists and technologists to explore ideas for improving urban life. Created a new division focused specifically on supply chain logistics. Managed staff and their programs which covered response and recovery of critical supply chains before, during and after an emergency. Team included:*Ground Support Program Manager: manages the Citywide Emergency Fueling Operations Plan, Fueling Task Force, Generator and Dewatering Plan.

Managed the Supply Chain, Ground Support and Technology Group within the Logistics Unit.

Developed, managed and deployed logistics plans related to transportation and organization of supplies and equipment during disasters through collaboration with other City agencies:-Managed the NYCTracker GPS program to geolocate heavy equipment used by the City in emergency response and recovery.
