I’ve coached leaders managing change in start-ups, boutique studios and multinationals in industries such as Tech, Design & Innovation, FMCG and Pharma. Originally from the New York area I am currently based out of Barcelona where I thrive on integrating a Mediterranean rhythm with my Jersey-girl sass. Bilingual in English and Spanish, I enjoy drawing on my multicultural heritage and international living experience to support individuals and organizations starting up or starting over.
