She worked at the agency twice, in the late-1980s and the mid-1990s.She played a key role in fashioning The Ritz-Carlton brand position through advertising from 1985 to 1989, supervised advertising campaigns for corporate initiatives and individual hotel openings, and created the Ritz-Carlton branded wedding program.From 1995 to 1997, she directed the brand's worldwide advertising, and established a network of ad agencies in Hong King, Singapore, Japan and Malaysia to support Ritz-Carlton’s rapid growth in Asia.
