Focused on energy efficiency finance initiatives, developing programs to break down the barriers to large-scale private investment in energy efficiency for Environmental Defense Fund. EDF is a leading national nonprofit organization that creates transformational, market-based solutions to the most serious environmental problems. Specifically I worked on EDF's On-Bill Repayment programs and Investor Confidence Project. On-Bill Repayment allows building and home owners to obtain cost-saving loans for energy efficiency and renewable electricity projects through their monthly utility bill. Investor Confidence Project seeks to develop a consensus framework to predict and measure energy savings, enabling the acceleration of energy efficiency investments and the emergence of a robust and thriving commercial building sector. I was responsible for crafting and promoting the EDF brand by creating and updating these program websites, writing and designing marketing materials and planning large scale conferences. I was further responsible for engaging and collaborating with a range of stakeholders.
