* Provided recommendations to country offices on enhancing quality learning by fostering enhanced connections to knowledge, people and experiences through innovative pedagogical approaches and contextually appropriate technological tools.*Responsible for designing the ICT training curriculum and providing training and support to teachers, students and Project Managers on the integration if ICT in teaching and learning.* Responsible for programmatic and operational support to the setup and consolidation of the Instant Network Schools (INS) funded by Vodafone Foundation (VF) in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, DRC, South Sudan, Ethiopia, Mozambique and Egypt.* Supported UNHCR on the digital strategy, project planning, identifying mobile technology based solutions for the specific education needs.* Responsible for the development of Connected Learning programs aligned to the national curriculum in the countries of operation.* Developed a Monitoring & Evaluation framework for the INS for collection of qualitative and quantitative data on the impact of the INS.* Provided M&E support to all locations in the monitoring of the programme, in particular in analyzing the use of the INS through various M&E tools.* Worked with Ministries of Education, Technology and Teacher Training in countries of operation to ensure that the digital skills training was aligned to the curriculum and national policy.
