Reporting to the Group Marketing Director and working within the central marketing team, I am responsible for the marketing operations and service line promotion for the Corporate Recovery, R&D Tax and Indirect Tax lines. Also involved in the M&A marketing onboarding process and increasing cross-selling opportunities across the business.

As a Marketing Consultant, I worked with a number of smaller businesses who required advice and support to take their marketing to the next level. With the growth of RSM tenon and acquisitions of many Insolvency firms, I developed this role to ensure the integration of new offices and consistent marketing and communications across the restructuring service line.Managing a small team across the UK, I was responsible for developing the marketing strategy for the firm ensuring we increased our profile nationally and promoted all products and services.We secured a number of insolvency cases which required PR management, as well as promoting the firm and Head of Restructuring. I led the marketing for Restructuring, including campaign management, integration of new offices, developing new services and products. My role also covered website management, social media, collateral and cross selling across the other service lines within the firm.

As Regional Marketing Manager for the South, I was responsible for the delivery of the marketing plan and budget. Managing a small team, I delivered campaigns in the local region and ensured local press coverage.One of the main targets was event management and ensuring effective follow-up to generate new business leads for the client facing team.
