Towards the end of my previous position, I transitioned to becoming the infrastructure lead and forming a small team of developers to start the build of a new cloud-hosted application framework. In this role, I directed architecture design discussions and technical reviews as the platform functionalities continued evolving and more cloud-based solutions were being introduced in the division. Using the Scrum framework, I also spearheaded quarterly planning and story mapping discussions to create transparency for stakeholders and highlight dependencies for other teams. As a process improvement, I set up a framework for a centralized, standardized documentation to keep clarity and consistency in planning and design activities.In addition, I continued my involvement in various diversity network initiatives (e.g. Women in Engineering and Hispanic/Latinx Networks) by leading working groups that planned, marketed and facilitated various coaching programs and career development events.

I gained additional responsibilities serving as a control function liaison primarily supporting and advocating global compliance and legal teams in facilitating refinement, prioritization, and testing sessions in collaboration with product management and recruiting teams. In addition, we onboarded the ServiceNow platform as part of the HR service delivery transformation where we used a data driven approach defining requirements to build and deliver the corresponding services to improve and eliminate inefficiency in various HR and service delivery processes. Throughout this onboarding initiative, I wrote and delivered regular communication to stakeholders along with engineering and HR leadership.Furthermore, I had the amazing opportunity to further drive Agile practices by providing coaching and facilitating workshops to product management teams and various groups of summer interns and new hires joining the organization. In parallel, I served as project manager for intern teams consisting of 3-5 interns to manage and guide the team in the application design, development and Minimum Viable Product (MVP) delivery.

Right at the start of my career at Goldman Sachs, I already started building a multi-disciplinary career in this position with roles of being team Scrum Master, software developer and also product manager of the majority of the projects. As scrum master, I directed the team Scrum ceremonies including Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives and Reviews for a global, cross-functional team consisting of engineers, product managers and business analysts. From a software engineering perspective, I was part of the requirements collection, design, development and delivery of 5 applications learning and leveraging a variety of technologies such as Java, Reach, Angular, HTML/CSS, internal technologies and more. In the more product management/product owner role, I championed partnerships with stakeholders and users to ensure efficient and timely execution of projects.

Worked in the Intelligent Water Project (currently as a member/engineering intern)- Leveraged lean project management skills in the area of product development, evaluation and prototyping.- Performed system testing and debugging with circuit board design and the firmware (micro controller programming in C) in preparation for on-time delivery and installation in the field

My main responsibility in this internship consists of the general role of participating in various projects that deal with the regular activities in the compliance-engineering department. These projects include team support for certain company products, technical proposals in standards writing, creating test methods, doing safety reviews with electronics, being familiarized with trade association and the environmental objectives of the company, auditing solutions, and providing technical support for new engineering procedures and standards.

This was an IT summer internship with WEC International in their base in Fort Washington, PA where I spearheaded the end-to-end design and development of a web application that built and sent web forms.Programmed in jQuery, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, PHP
