Throughout my career I have been passionate to work towards achieving the mission of the organization by inspiring my teams, matching the end customer with the company’s product, and consistently exceeding goals/milestones. My strengths lie in an ability to think strategically. To visualize what is required to meet long term organizational goals and generate strategies to aid in achieving desired outcomes, driving organizations to focus on the future in order to ensure expansion can be realized. Demonstrated capacity to see the “big picture” and take action based on a larger arena rather than based solely on my own domain. I am results driven bringing with a “can do attitude”, this, in conjunction with an instinctual understanding of potential employee contributions, and complemented by excellent people skills.
