As a first-generation college graduate with degrees in Finance and Spanish a professor provided the access to opportunity that I did not realize I needed, through an internship at global industrial manufacturer, Oshkosh Corporation. I began my career in International Sales and Finance in industrial manufacturing companies where I supported International Sales Managers, Directors, and VPs across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM. I completed my MBA and later developed an interest in the commercial side of the business and transitioned into a commercial role where I was responsible for $1.2MM in international distributor accounts. A personal move to Chicago transitioned me into professional services. Initially in consulting and market research at Euromonitor, where I was a Commercial leader for Latin America working with Brand, Marketing, and Commercial leaders across the region with a responsibility for selling syndicated market research and consulting engagements. Later at CEB (Gartner) partnering with Chief Information, Technology and Security Officers across Latin America and the US.Seven years ago, I pivoted into agency Executive Search at the recommendation of a former colleague. At Korn Ferry, I served in the Financial Officers Practice, and over 5+ years at Hanold Associates, a boutique Executive Recruiting agency, I placed over 90 executive leaders across roles in Human Resources, Finance, and Technology. These combined experiences honed my skills as a trusted partner and consultant with strong business acumen, and a passion for leadership development, talent, and career counseling.Outside of work, I wear many hats including mom, sister, aunt, friend, and community advocate. I fuel my soul by helping others and can be found regularly volunteering at Share Our Spare in Chicago, with Braven, or at my sons' Chicago Public School.
