About Sandra Stanfield

Have you ever felt like everything in your life is being shaken up? Like you’re having a mid-life crisis of sorts - even if you’re not quite mid-life? It can show up in your late 20's, 30's or 40's, but one thing is for sure, no matter when it hits, it’s deeply confusing. I’ve been there and remember being on the ground in my studio apartment begging God for help, clarity and direction to lead me out the confusion and uncertainty I felt about who I was and where my life was headed 5 years ago. My life felt completely misaligned.I didn't know it at the time, but I was awakening. I was undergoing a deep shift in my consciousness that was bringing out my realization of my true authentic nature beyond the goal & productivity-obsessed person I'd become. The unaddressed pain from dissatisfaction practicing law, death of my dad & divorce were actually triggers & catalysts for my growth. Pain is a powerful tool. It helped me realize that we are so much more than what we do. That the deep knowing we feel that there is 'something more' or better for our lives/career is real and shouldn't be ignored. And that the life we desire is available to us, but only when we embrace who we are and live as the fullest expression of ourselves beyond the roles we play.If life is shaking you up, what matters now is your response. This is where most women get stuck, resisting the new direction life is trying to take you. But the other side is where your 'something more' resides. I want to help you get there.I've been compiling deep truths, wisdom & resources I want to share to help you navigate this journey back to yourself. Head over to the Featured section in my profile to the linked post that says "Join Our Community - Healing Is The New Sexy®" to find content, conversations & community to guide yourself through this period of uncertainty of your evolving identity & change. So who am I? I'm just a woman possessed by my passion for living life as the best and fullest expression of my most authentic Self and helping other women do that too.I'm a multi-hyphenate embracing all dimensions of myself in both my personal and professional life that include: writer, lawyer, community & platform builder (healingisthenewsexy.com), 90's hip-hop & r&b fanatic, lover of nature, self-development, strength & performance training, cute workout sets, traveling & swinging in my hammock in the park. I thrive on big picture ideas and problems, making innovative links and thinking outside the box to find solutions that make a positive impact in the lives of women and in the world.

Listed skills include Legal Writing, Legal Research, Social Media, Analysis, and 29 others.
