• Full charge ownership of all aspects of IQ’s Finance and Accounting, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cost of sales, general ledger accounting, operating expenses, accruals, sales tax, month end close.
• Manage the day to day operations of Human Resources, including recruiting administration, coordination of employee on-boarding & off-boarding, payroll, bonus calculations, employee benefits programs, performance.
• Manage the day to day operations of Culture and Team-Building, including company events, activities, communication, leadership training, culture handbook and company book.
• Manage Accounting Team, including one-on-ones, policy implementation and oversight, procedure adoption and oversight, software(s) adaptation by teams, and values check-ins with a focus on ensuring WISE service is.
• Partake in IQ’s Leadership Team, including attending of meetings, brainstorming of ways to improve IQ and follow through with “needle moving” action items.
• Full charge ownership of Accounting Training Material & Manuals, including documentation of processes and procedures within IQ.
