I am an experienced project manager with responsibility for large scale project delivery within the educational sector. I have over 15 years of experience in managing high value project based conferences/events and executive education programmes working across a wide variety of blue chip clients, sectors and business education topics.I have demonstrated excellent project management skills at all points in the projects I have been involved in. From needs analysis and project conception and design, to budget design and ongoing financial monitoring, to team, subcontractor and supplier management, multi stakeholder liaison and relationship management through to project completion and evaluation. I pride myself on my customer service and problem solving skills in order to best meet the needs of our clients. I am currently the Head of Executive Education Delivery within the Business School at the University of Edinburgh Business School, having worked there since 2009 in a variety of roles all involved with Executive Education and events.
