• Led Red Team Review for a multi-million dollar government procurement and the company subsequently won the contract.• Coordinated, wrote and edited sections of a commercial nuclear services proposal for major international nuclear company that resulted in a contract worth $60 million. Interfaced with regional sales managers and technical specialists to obtain input. • Researched and wrote a decommissioning case study and prepared its presentation to a foreign regulatory body. Collected data and wrote the experience sections for the management plan proposal that resulted in a multi-billion dollar international contract. Managed the strategic planning process and maintained the three-year plan:• Co-leader of cross-functional team that developed radioactive waste risk management plan• Managed preparation and production of innovative proposal for decommissioning, which gained company $200 million, 27-month contract extension.Managed all aspects of public and employee communications, including communication plans, message strategies, newsletters, presentations, status reports, technical reports, employee events and stakeholder meetings. Supported company business development activities.• Proposal writer on a radioactive waste management bid that won a contract for management of a U.K. nuclear waste site with a contract value of $400 million to $1 billion. Performed work in the U.K.• Member of the strategy development and proposal teams that have resulted in contract extensions and 2007 award of new four-year, $159 million contract at the West Valley site.

Managed the engineering resources and coordinated with operations, safety, quality, procurement, and waste management to develop and implement the tools, procedures and work documents to load two large shipping casks with 125 commercial spent fuel assemblies for shipment from New York to Idaho. • Completed the project ahead of schedule and under budget. • Managed the preparation of the safety analysis report for spent fuel shipping that gained Nuclear Regulatory Commission approval on schedule.
