I am sharing the real estate knowledge acquired during 24 years of being a practicing real estate broker in the state of Tennessee. I am inspired to spend time with agents that want to increase their professionalism while also "having a life" outside of the demanding real estate world. Achieving balance while focusing on their highest level of customer service is a goal that is easily achieved with a small amount of guidance and by focusing on what is truly important in their lives.Specialties: Being 2008 President of the Tennessee Real Estate Educational Foundation positioned me to receive input from an excellent Board of Trustees regarding the educational needs of real estate licensees throughout the state of Tennessee. As the chairman of the TN Association of Realtors Forms committee for 2009, I aspire to have a real life understanding of the content of the forms as well as the logic for language included in the forms. My goal is to share that understanding with other licensees.
