I work well on my own using initiative to predetermine the needs of others and work well as a full team member with other departments. Ienjoy a challenge and in the past have identified problems and deceloped systems that help coordinate with othr departments to help ensure the smooth running of the company.Outside work I have various interests including reading, crosswords, personal computing and playing computer games which involve thinking and solving problems.In the past I was a fully qualified member of the St John Ambulance having joined them at the age of 8, and served them fully for nearly 20 years when other committments forced me to leave. I also gave 10 years of service to what is now known as Diabetes UK as both Treasurer and Chairperson for the local Ealing branch. In this capacity I organised trips for members, attended and spoke at National conferance and raised funds for both the local branch and the national society including the running of a lottery where over 15,000 tickets were sold in a year.I consider myself to be honest and loyal to companies I have work for and use my integrity for their benefit.My preferred job would be for around 35 hours a week including lunch hour spread over four and threequarter days, Monday to Friday. I would like to be a sole bookkeeper with other duties as required. I am competant with computers and have used many different programmes throughout my life and can usually fathom out how to use a new system very quickly.
