Van Nature is a growers' association and a chain cooperation between growers and trading companies. Multi Drinks Nederland is a newly established company, which acts as a ditributor in the Netherlands to introduce a new globally product called Bevyz beautiful beverages. Bevyz is a multi-beverage concept, working through a variety of different capsules, simply processed drinks can be tapped, both cold, hot as carbonised.As Operational Manager my responsibilities were creating and setting up of marketing activities, backoffice systems (Navision and CRM), including website and intranet, logistic flows, support and manage the dealer network and all other common activities such as installation and repair of the beverage machines.

Started as an employee on the Customer Support Department National Accounts. My main responsibilities were processing orders, providing of tenders, handling customer questions, the invoicing of finished orders and the coupled administrative acts and reports using SAP and Excel.From January 2005 started as department coordinator with the same responsibilities as employee extended with leading a team of six people, guarding the work in progress and response/report tot the salesdepartment for a particular customer group.

Started as a Sales Assistant my responsibilities were sales of goods, helping customers, taking care of the department and pay desk activities. Where i have grown as a specialist of the curtain sales department.Flow through as Christmas Department Coordinator my responsibilities were the creation of the department starting with the layout drawings and building and dismantling of the department afterwards. Also manage inventory, schedule staff and ensuring a good sales.After I started in a pilot project as assistant manager pay desk team with the responsibility for the pay desk staff (65 people), all cash flows and all pay desk counters. Also planning staff, financial administration and the money flow of the pay desk counters.
