Sandra is Managing Director and Co-Founder of The Art of Work and put quite simply, is an acknowledged thought leader in her industry. Highly regarded as a futures architect and as a challenging speaker and practitioner, she is constantly in demand in the UK and overseas. She was proud to be one of MK Women Leaders of the Year Finalists in 2017.More recently Sandra became a Co-Founder of Go Human, an independent socially motivated organisation seeking to capture what’s going on in our working world. Collaborating with like-minded people to discover what’s at the heart of the change and creating a compelling road map to lead towards more conscious and human organisations.A natural collaborator, Sandra works with futurists and business leaders to help organisations and individuals explore the nature of work and careers today. She builds strong and lasting relationships with her clients and is at her best when finding practical solutions to meet their workplace challenges. Sandra consistently has her 'antennae up' for future trends and enjoys making sense of these for people today. Most recently she was invited to speak at the London School of Economics alongside other leading futurists on The Future of Work, challenging tomorrows leaders to think about the nature of their future careers. Sandra developed her skills with Barclays Bank within Retail and Corporate Banking where she focused on networks and transitions of both people and infrastructure. After leading major transformation projects focusing on both business and behavioural change, she successfully moved into consultancy in 2002. She has since developed a highly successful career management and engagement practice for a large UK HR consultancy before joining forces with Julie Blunt in 2012 to launch of The Art of Work. A licensed NLP Master Practitioner, ILM Level 7 Executive Coach and Mentor and Sheppard Moscow facilitator, Sandra is also a member of the British Psychological Society where she is qualified to levels A and B and is a trained counsellor. She is a member of the Chartered Institute of Bankers and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. Outside of work Sandra has a love for cricket and is working with her local club to help improve access to this great sport in the community.
