Cullinan was a Holding company and had 5 major companies under the umbrella. I was responsible to form a group HR and Training division. I worked closely with the largest of the group, Thompsons Travel group. I introduced many HR Policies and also started a Training centre for the group.

I was responsible for Sales originating in the South African Market to the rest of the world, which represented 53% of Total Sales. My Annual Target was ZAR 7 Billion when I left in 2001. I worked for SAA for 11 years and loved every second. I left to pursue my own Business in a completely different field, personal Development.
