During my years as a scrum master and project manager, I have sharpened my analytical and structural skills immensely by driving projects as well as a lot of BA related activities. I have strong experience from managing teams in IT service management, software development and UX web design within the agile delivery framework, where I have been working close to development teams in a cross-functional team setting. These skills are put to good use when building creative and adaptable environments. Driving projects with an eye for detail and quality is always at the center of my focus. When I’m not working, Interior Architecture has been a huge personal interest of mine since childhood, which I'm currently studying in parallel with my work. Being close to nature, cooking, and the digital world makes me really happy.
