Initiation and Planning for Customer Identity solution

Implementation of identity and access management for OT & PCN applications utilise across 11 generation sites and 25 gas sites throughout Australia

Implementation of a number of Dynamics 365 projects. Tasks included • Management of multiple projects, work packages and activities against deadlines within a time-critical development environment to ensure that deliverables are prioritised and completed within the specified timeframes. • Led, directed, managed and motivated multiple project teams including planning and prioritising work, ensuring deadlines are met, managing budget and resources, maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion in the absence of decision maker • Implemented multiple CRM solutions and organised and management the incorporations of the ITP team into the Microsoft Fast Track Program • Assisted the business to develop strong plans in relation to their business process changes. Specific Projects: 1 Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX for Simtars. This solution monitored the expenditure, inventory and work undertaken by the team in the delivery or training and other services. 2 Implementation of the Dog Breeder registration system for DAF. – https://qdbr.daf.qld.gov.au/ . This system was built using Dynamics 365 V8.1, web portal, and services, sales modules including a number of interfaces to other DAF applications and Outlook 3 Implementation of the Forestry Management solution – Using Microsoft Dynamics 365 V8.2, Modules include Contract management, Corpak, integration to SharePoint, Outlook Integration ESRI integration and RESCO Mobile apps 4 Implementation National Ant Eradication Program - https://ants.daf.qld.gov.au/. Dynamics 365 V9 marketing, event management, service hubs integration into Outlook, MuleSoft, google maps and ESRI 5 Implementation of the DAF Customer Service Centre system - Management of 80000 + requests annually. Implemented Dynamics 365 V9 . Used Customer Service hub, integration to Genysis call system, knowledge base articles and Voice of the Customer, a Web Portal, mailing lists and event management.

Responsibility and Accountability for the successful planning, definition and execution of assigned Projects for BMA under the Business Support Services program of works.Sandra was responsible for the implementation of a number of projects for BMA. These included:• The Accommodation booking System – to enable accommodation to managed for the staff and contractors of 7 mines requiring 15 Villages and managing approximately 8500 rooms on a daily basis. The solution implemented has given BMA a $15M ROI in the first year. • Implementation of the Flight and Airport Management System – enable all flights and the regional airport to be managed using a flight scheduling system integrated with the accommodation Management system already implemented• Online Competency Assessment - enable key workplace health and safety certifications to be assessed real time in the field. This has enable resources to be certified on the day of commencement• Smart Choices Program – The implementation of Smart Phones Program to replace all blackberry services within BMA

Responsible for successfully planning, scheduling, managing and evaluating the end to end delivery of Information Technology projects to agreed scope, budget, quality, standards and timeframes while actively managing project stakeholders, teams and staff, risks and issues.

Sandra was responsible for the - The Risk Management System - to enable risk analytics to be conducted on all energy trades undertaken by Stanwell's Trading Division- Managed Support Services Project - enabling the management of all service desk , field support , system administration and operations by an external party who will manage the services in accordance with agreed SLAs- Governance Risk and Compliance Project- implementation of a solution to meet Stanwell's Corporate Risk Management, OH&S, Environmental Management and Audit requirements

Sandra was responsible for the implementation of the Council's new electronic time keeping system (Kronos) and the enhancement of the existing Payroll system (Aurion). This included implementation of the system and accountability for the associated deliverables and communications.

This project was formed to evaluate the ability of Blackberry to meet Executive Management requirements. The project had a very tight time frame and extremely important end user base. The project was completed ahead of schedule, below budget and with a high level of user satisfaction.

This project presented solutions to all interested parties throughout the Department who could benefit from the use of the proposed mobility solutions and also documented the future directions and requirements of this technology within the Clinical arena.

The WMP project was involved in the implementation of a Corporate SOE, COE and associated tools needed to manage these environments. Sandra's primary area of focus was the development of a Corporate Wireless and portable product solution that could be implemented state-wide.

Brisbane City Council identified the need to consolidate Library information to enable better information capture, management and reporting

Sandra was required to conduct a corporate review of all reporting tools within Brisbane City Council and provided recommendations along with associated business case to Executive Management.

Successfully implemented the Work Order Management and Job sheduling System for Council Field staff.
