Research prospects, develop cultivation plans and produce time sensitive tracking and reporting.Created volunteer recognition and retention plans as well as developed a volunteer handbook, a volunteer training and internal procedures to support it.Raise funds, promote visibility, and increase the agency donor and volunteer base through communication and the creation, management and logistical coordination of special events.
