I am a motivated, adaptable and responsible individual and try to learn something new from every experience because I believe there is always room for self improvement both personally and professionally. I have developed a strong sense of social conscience during my involvement in IT especially as it relates to working with IT Service Management and Education professionals. I have worked in education for over 30 years and I believe in the choices education provides. Even after all this time I get a buzz seeing people achieve their educational aims and becoming more confident about their lives and careers.I have professional aspirations to continually help others to improve their knowledge and understanding of IT Service Management practices. I firmly believe that further and higher education has a huge part to play in developing people to their full potential as they can explore the material with relevance to their careers and goals.I have been told that I have a clear and logical mind and see things through to completion and I am proud to say that I have a creative mind which is not afraid to explore new things.Those who know me well and take the time to find out about me tell me that I am reliable, trustworthy, hardworking and a good listener. I will pull out all the stops for those who have respect for me and others and genuinely try hard to improve themselves.
