The Mediennetzwerk.NRW supports the development of digital media business in North Rhine-Westphalia. It is financed by the federal state of North Rhine-Westphalia and receives funding from the European Fund for Regional Development (EFRD). It is the central point of contact for the digital media scene in NRW and offers start-ups, young creatives and companies a comprehensive range of services and information on funding and financing. Its tasks include making the digital media industry visible at trade fairs and markets in Germany and abroad, match NRW-stakeholders with other keyplayers within their industries and beyond their business areas and thereby contributing to the development of the Media-Digital-Country NRW.

✥ Counsel the policial leaders of and and represent the state of Berlin in all business and politicaly realted matters of the media industry (television, radio, film, internet etc.) ✥ Coordinate all general issues of the cluster Creative Industries between the departements in the state of Berlin as cross-sectional task✥ Coordinate and develop the Film Funding Politics of Berlin as Deputy of the leading state in the body of Film Desk Officers.✥ Supervise and support the filmschool and the film funding and state marketing companies that are donees of Berlin.✥ Control the legality of acts of the public broadcasting station and the state media authority✥ Prepare and accompany of the Governing Mayor at official appointments.
